About the Role

Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of relevant experience, with a minimum of five years in the healthcare sector, preferably at an academic medical center. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, managing cross-functional teams, and working with senior executives. Deep experience in healthcare marketing and communications is highly valued. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and growth, and who is adept at managing digital marketing initiatives. The Executive Director will also be responsible for mentoring and leading the marketing and communications team, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment, and ensuring that all efforts are in alignment with the institution's goals and objectives.
