- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification
- Prior Experience with G-tube, Trach, and Vent cares
