Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
We're seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes. The ideal candidate must be:
- Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh, and innovative routines.
- Confident in their professionalism, punctual, positive, and passionate about motivating others.
- A collaborative and flexible leader both in and out of the studio.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
- Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g., AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary.
- Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g., Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed for those formats.
- Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired).
Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation ranges from $20.00/unit to $125.00/unit, plus applicable admin rates as required by law. Rates may vary based on location, certifications, class duration, experience, and other factors. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k), and paid time off. Part-time benefits are also available subject to eligibility.
