Were hiring a Senior Buyer to join a high-growth manufacturing firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a high-impact procurement role supporting production operations across energy, infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing markets. Youll lead sourcing efforts, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient delivery of materials and services across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
• Manage supplier performance on cost, delivery, and quality
• Analyze market trends, pricing data, and procurement risks
• Align procurement strategies with production and capital project goals
• Utilize SAP and Power BI to support data-driven sourcing
• Drive cost savings and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and ethical practices
• Integrate sustainability and risk management into supply decisions

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing
• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• Strong experience with SAP; Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Skilled in vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain strategy
• Experience supporting capital project sourcing preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
