A leading boot manufacturing company in Northeast San Antonio is seeking a highly skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all accounting functions that is familiar with Odoo and Quickbooks Enterprise. The ideal candidate must have manufacturing facility bookkeeping experience and will be responsible for overseeing accounts, financial reports, payroll, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records. Manufacturing facility bookkeeping experience is *required*; if you do not have manufacturing facility bookkeeping experience, please *do not apply.* Duties · Oversee all financial information and records · Accounts payable including entering PO's and paying vendor bills · Accounts receivable including customer billing · Payroll · Bank and credit card reconciliations · General ledger review · Create ad-hock reports/analysis in Excel · W-9's and 1099's Experience · Proven experience as a bookkeeper · Proficiency with Quickbooks Enterprise and Odoo · Excellent organizational and analytical skills · Ability to work independently and meet deadlines · Knowledge of accounting cycle processes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Manufacturing facility bookkeeping experience Experience: * Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Quickbooks Certification (Required) Location: * San Antonio, TX 78218 (Required) Ability to Commute: * San Antonio, TX 78218 (Required) Work Location: In person
