This position is within Kraft Fluid System, Inc. Systems Engineering Group, responsible for mobile hydraulic and electrical systems from component level to system design and sub-system interaction. Key Responsibilities
Support customers, internal teams, technicians, and field sales with technical expertise. Provide detailed technical responses to customer inquiries regarding hydraulic or electrical control components or systems. Collaborate with the Application Engineering team to share product knowledge. Develop customer-specific hydraulic and electrical system solutions in communication with field sales. Develop hydraulic systems and select components. Create hydraulic and electrical schematics in AutoCAD. Design mechanical parts such as shafts and adapters. Design electrical control systems and develop software applications using a Windows-based graphical symbols platform. Travel domestically for system troubleshooting, commissioning, and vendor training. Qualifications
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related field; highly experienced candidates may also apply. Desired Skills & Experience
Hands-on technical aptitude. Experience with hydraulic symbols and mobile circuit design (open and closed circuits). Knowledge of DC electrical symbols and control methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with 2D/3D AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar software. Ability to multitask effectively. Skills in low voltage DC wiring. Coding or programming skills. Experience with System FMEA and Mechanical FEA analysis. Additional Information
