Job Description PEPI’s HR M&A team is comprised of seasoned HR consulting professionals experienced in providing practical advice to private equity clients and their portfolio companies throughout the transaction lifecycle. PEPI provides holistic, cross-functional M&A services across finance, IT, and operational functions, while the HR M&A professionals provide pre-deal and post-deal advice across a number of areas within HR. The team focuses on total rewards, talent, and HR operations.
The HR M&A practice is a specialty team within PEPI, providing a broad range of human capital support to clients on both the buy and sell side of transactions. Our transaction advisors leverage both financial and technical experience in addition to operational and industry specific experience to identify and quantify issues that may impact or shape the transaction.
Typical engagements include pre-acquisition human capital due diligence, review and implementation of HR cost savings and revenue enhancement solutions, post-acquisition HR consulting support, and workforce management following transaction activity.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate HR due diligence activities, including review of employee benefits and remuneration plans.
Assist in the development of HR integration strategies and plans post-transaction.
Build and manage financial models related to workforce planning and total rewards.
Collaborate with other practice groups within A&M to ensure seamless service delivery.
Draft and review human capital diligence reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, actuarial science, statistics, economics, mathematics, business, accounting, or finance.
3-6 years of experience in HR consulting, with depth in total rewards or M&A support preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Additional Information We offer competitive salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, based on experience and location, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and discretionary bonuses.
