Our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice serves upper middle market and large-cap private equity firms, focusing on improving operational results at portfolio companies, typically in the $50 million to $1 billion+ range. Our services include merger integration, carve-outs, IT diligence, post-acquisition implementations, interim management, and supply chain and CFO services. Role Summary

We seek a Manager to lead large, complex client engagements involving business and technology solutions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. Responsibilities include IT diligence, merger-integration, carve-out execution, and performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications

5-8 years of consulting or industry experience, with at least five years in systems implementations, merger integration, or business transformation Experience with private equity sponsors or portfolio companies Deep expertise in areas such as IT merger integration, business/IT transformation, ERP, supply chain, IT operations, and enterprise architecture Proven ability to work with business leaders and private equity deal teams Strong writing, analytical, and change management skills Bachelor’s degree required Willingness to travel at least 75% Benefits and Compensation
