About the Role: The program manager/client partner will supervise, program manage and guide a team serving in a client/customer facing role. This role will work cross functionally with teams in the Creative, Media and Marketing space. Will be the primary point of contact to all external touchpoints. Primary Responsibilities Provide direction and oversee a team of 5+ client partners Facilitate communication between external clients and internal teams. Consistently update leadership on initiatives, timelines and plans and coordinating meetings. Critical thinker skilled at crafting client’s strategies, orchestrating processes, and managing diverse projects in collaboration with internal teams, agency partners and clients. Internal cross-functional lead across creative, project management and all support depts Deliver client solutions that meet or exceed goals and expectations Manage marketing status meetings, conference notes and follow-ups Responsible for managing projects. Own and oversee briefs and ensure brief contains all the necessary details to kick off internally Accountable for all final deliverables being accurate and on brief Requirements: 8+ years experience and proven track record in client management and leadership Ability to develop new high-quality relationships across the client organization Passionate about impacting clients’ results through data, analytics and technology Proven leadership experience, ability to be customer driven, results driven, collaborative and flexible Creative, resourceful, well-organized, self-starter, and solutions oriented Experience working with creative teams Exposure to print, digital, web and CRM Excellent written and verbal communication skills This role will be a hybrid role in the Dallas Area with 2-3 days per week onsite. The pay range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
