Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.
While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
What You’d Do In This Role
You’re not just designing screens—you’re shaping the platform that empowers our internal teams to serve millions. As a product designer on the product engineering team at Ramsey Solutions, your work will directly influence how internal tools evolve to be smarter, faster, and more intuitive. From whiteboarding concepts to testing prototypes, you’ll turn complexity into clarity through scalable design. You’ll collaborate daily with engineers and PMs to simplify workflows, elevate usability, and build experiences that are as delightful as they are effective.
You’re Probably a Match If
3+ years designing user experiences for internal tools, enterprise software, or operational platforms, treating internal users like customers. Skilled in rapid iteration with whiteboards, sketches, and prototypes to bring clarity to ambiguity. Strong visual thinker with systems awareness, mapping workflows and user journeys to design scalable solutions. Thrive in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments with a usability-first, “don’t make me think” approach. Passionate about organizing information and contributing to scalable design systems for consistency and efficiency. Experienced in user research, feedback loops, and connecting insights across teams to inform cohesive, platform-level experiences. Confident leading design independently, navigating ambiguity with clarity and purpose.
What Winning Looks Like
Collaborate with engineers and PMs to design high-impact internal tools that drive efficiency and quality. Translate user feedback into intuitive, system-driven interfaces aligned with business goals. Document and prioritize work to ensure visibility and shared understanding across teams. Explore multiple solutions strategically before determining the best direction. Continuously refine core experiences, treating internal tools with the same care as external products. Empower internal teams with thoughtful, well-crafted tools that amplify their impact.
