Part-Time
Contract Litigation Associate
with
at least 5 years of litigation experience . This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about litigation, thrives in adversarial situations, and is dedicated to zealous advocacy for clients. Key Responsibilities ·Handle all aspects of litigation in state and federal court, from case intake through trial. ·Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. ·Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality legal memoranda. ·Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other proceedings. ·Work closely with the firm’s managing attorney to develop case strategies. Requirements · Minimum 5 years
of litigation experience (federal litigation experience preferred). ·Licensed to practice law and in good standing in North Carolina. ·Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. ·Comfortable in adversarial settings and able to maintain professionalism under pressure. ·Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. ·Positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
