Senior Social Media Manager - Hybrid US

The Opportunity: Seamless.AI is seeking a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and more. The role involves content creation, short-form video production, editing, community engagement, and enhancing brand awareness and lead generation. Responsibilities: Content & Video Creation: Write engaging copy for posts, stories, videos, and campaigns. Design, script, and edit social images, short videos, and infographics. Build and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals. Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos, including "talking head" and promotional videos. Support campaign initiatives with tailored social, video, and visual content. Strategy & Performance: Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement, reach, and leads. Track performance metrics and generate insights using analytics tools. Stay updated on trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain an effective presence. Community Management: Engage with followers and respond to comments. Collaborate with teams to support customer and community-building efforts. Skillset: Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio in video, image, and written content. Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc. Strong writing skills tailored for social media platforms. Creative, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight. Education and Requirements: Proximity to Columbus, OH is required. 5+ years of social media management experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience with analytics platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, or Google Analytics. Experience managing social media accounts for B2B or tech companies is a plus.
