Own development, implementation, and performance of multi-channel campaigns targeting the customer lifecycle. Participate in campaign analysis and strategic planning. Collaborate with CEM team and cross-functional partners to improve customer retention and engagement. Guide campaigns through creative development and brand approval, ensuring alignment with guidelines and timely delivery. Work with legal and compliance teams to adhere to regulations. Contribute to regional reviews with insights and strategy refinements. Run A/B tests, analyze results, and share insights. Perform QA checks on customer communications. Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree 5+ years managing campaigns in channels like email, SMS, push, WhatsApp Experience with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Familiarity with reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) Experience defining audience segments Understanding of data flow between platforms Knowledge of privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) Stakeholder management skills Nice to Have
Experience in a global or multi-market environment Knowledge of personalization and dynamic content Proficiency with project management tools Background in Finance or FinTech Experience managing campaigns on WhatsApp Knowledge of customer scoring or segmentation modeling We make financial services accessible worldwide.
