[PERM] Marcomms (Senior Executive/AM) – Orthopaedic department

Responsibilities: Plan and maintain calendar of events of Orthopaedic and Hand Departments. Conceptualise and execution of Orthopaedic and Hand departments’ events and outreach activities. Develop and promote marketing strategies, patient education materials relevant to Orthopaedic and Hand departments. Develop content for EDMs, posters, departments’ digital panels and social media post. Plan and build awareness of department services on various digital media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Review and update content on departments’ websites. Improve navigation of information. Engage clinicians with write-ups. Conceptualize content creation to use for clinic digital display such as create visually appealing content / video/ reels that can deliver Assess SEO trending and effectiveness, refine strategies and address gaps to improve visibility. Support in drafting memos, briefs or invitation for departments’ events. Perform any other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by Reporting Officer. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution with keen interest in healthcare. Fresh graduates are welcome. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
