Marketing & Growth Manager

who can dream up big ideas

build the systems to scale them. If you can take a spark of an idea, turn it into a campaign, measure the results, and optimize for growth — we want to talk. As our Marketing & Growth Manager, you’ll work directly with our founder to bring vision and strategy to life across all touchpoints. You’ll own the implementation of everything from social media to CRM automation, email campaigns to lead workflows. You’re equal parts creative and operational — excited to write a strong marketing email, map out a multi-step nurture flow, and make sure every moving piece gets across the finish line. This is a role for someone who wants to help build something from the inside. If you're resourceful, systems-minded, self-directed, and obsessed with making things happen, you're in the right place. What You'll Own This role will own end-to-end execution across our brands — and that includes owning all of our marketing and backend growth infrastructure. From brand awareness to lead generation to content campaigns to internal systems, you’ll be responsible for turning founder-led vision into scalable, repeatable results. You’ll: Lead all marketing execution, including content strategy, campaign planning, ad performance, and creative production Manage the marketing calendar across all social platforms, email marketing, and paid channels Build and manage CRM systems and automations through tools like Go High Level and ManyChat Own execution of onboarding funnels, waitlist campaigns, referral flows, and internal agent training materials Develop communication flows and nurture sequences for different user segments (renters, buyers, agents, property managers) Create scalable back-end infrastructure that supports lead capture, follow-up, and partner success Marketing Strategy, Content, and Campaigns Lead content strategy across all channels (social, email, web), aligned with brand goals and seasonal launches Manage and optimize the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts Oversee performance-based marketing initiatives including ad campaign planning and execution Coordinate creative assets with internal and external collaborators (video editors, designers, etc.) Analyze content performance to guide improvements in reach, engagement, and conversions Turn founder-led vision into actionable, strategic rollout plans Build campaign calendars across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email Manage the marketing roadmap in collaboration with our internal team and external partners Write or edit social copy, email flows, landing page language, and external communication Systems & Operational Infrastructure Set up and manage CRM tagging, workflows, and basic automation (GHL, ManyChat, YHP, etc.) Build repeatable playbooks for content, comms, and lead follow-up Collaborate with the EA to execute campaigns, track project timelines, and close loops Messaging & Communication Ensure our brand voice shows up consistently across every touchpoint Own the execution of email campaigns, VIP drips, customer funnels, etc. Map out communication cadences and implement systems to sustain them You’re a Fit If You... Have 3+ years in a marketing/ops hybrid role, agency, startup, or content-heavy environment Are energized by a fast-paced, high-growth team where you can take ownership Think in systems and execute with excellence, not just once, but repeatedly Can work with a founder’s voice and vision, then run with it Have strong writing skills and a sharp eye for brand consistency Bonus Points You've worked in real estate, creator-led brands, or direct-to-consumer companies You’ve set up CRM flows, onboarding drips, or automated lead nurture systems You enjoy wearing a lot of hats and you like organizing all those hats What You’ll Expect A front-row seat in building an industry disruptive brand Mostly remote work environment based in Tampa Bay, in-person only for content shoots when needed Direct collaboration with a visionary founder and scrappy creative team Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the brand scales Employment Type:
