Position Description

Hybrid Position - must be able to commute to the AZ Supreme Court office. This role will start as 100% onsite. Once trained, the candidate will have the opportunity to work remote a majority of the time, but this is dependent on performance.

Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level Analysts

Support new software projects and maintenance of a statewide application. Work with cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure successful solutions are delivered for assigned project. Primary function is to review, analyze, and evaluate business system processes, user needs, provide business analyst input and write detailed technical design specifications for developers to develop and QA to test from. Perform design document walkthroughs along with testing functionality once delivered. This position is responsible for learning and understanding overall system design and configuration to ensure new requirements do not negatively impact existing functionality. Responsible for creation and running of complex sql queries to identify data patterns or to perform root cause analysis for troubleshooting of issues. Act as the primary lead for the project. Candidate with superb communication skills, excellent troubleshooting skills, focused, a good team player, able to take lead to gather and document good technical design documents. Candidate should be able to easily interpret the business process and requirements into detailed functional design documents and be able to follow through on the details. Technical: W11, .net, Web Services, MS Sql studio 2019 & above, Iterative/Agile/Waterfall, TFS/AZURE Dev Ops, PowerPoint, Visio.

Looking for someone with strong background in gathering and documenting software design requirements, a good liaison between business teams and developers, and in addition someone that is good in SQL scripting to do necessary data analysis.

This position has the potential to convert to a full-time employee once the assignment is complete. The conversion salary range is $83-89k.
