As part of the
Call Centre – General Enquiries
team, you will handle public and internal enquiries with a focus on service quality and emergency readiness. Your responsibilities include: Answer incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and professional manner Maintain confidentiality of caller and institutional information Direct calls to internal and external stakeholders as needed Update contact details and call records in the enquiry system Handle and resolve feedback and complaints Perform
emergency activations
(e.g. Code Blue, Trauma, Acute Stroke) Report faults on telecommunication equipment Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements:
