Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer and Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital advertising and a proven track record in media buying, particularly on Google Ads. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, operational experience, and a knack for innovative growth strategies leveraging AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: Media Buying Mastery: Manage and optimize media buying campaigns across Google, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition. Strategic Vision: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily marketing operations, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights for marketing decisions. AI-Driven Growth Strategies: Implement AI-driven marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Leverage AI tools for predictive analytics and targeted marketing. Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and project milestones. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts. Email Marketing & Social Media Content Creation/Management: Coordinate email campaigns, manage social media content creation, and oversee digital outreach efforts to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels. Community Building: Develop strategies to engage with our community effectively, fostering strong relationships with our audience. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in marketing with a focus on media buying and digital advertising. Proven experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major advertising platforms. Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis techniques; proficient in using AI tools for marketing optimization. Excellent project management skills; capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Results-driven; able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proven track record as a growth hacker; consistently bringing fresh ideas to drive brand growth. Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment; adaptable to changing priorities.
