Taking depositions, arguing motions, and attending court hearings and mediations as required; Drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents; Analyzing insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions, and providing client recommendations; Conducting legal research and analysis, drafting memoranda; Preparing status reports and recommendations for clients; Reviewing document collections for litigation; Handling all aspects of litigation from initial responsive pleadings through trial. Education and Experience
Admitted to practice in Nevada; additional admissions are a plus; Experience with discovery, law and motion practice; State and Federal court experience; Excellent academic credentials and work history. The ideal candidate will reside in the Las Vegas area, though consideration will be given to candidates in nearby locations willing to travel as needed. Skills and Abilities
