Human Resources Assistant . This full-time position will focus on

recruiting talent, conducting new hire orientation, and coordinating onboarding in addition to assisting with benefits, safety, and performance management.

This position plays a key role in providing a positive candidate and new employee experience and ensuring continued employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Lowell is the premier partner for the development and production of technologically advanced, implantable medical devices for the cardiovascular, spine, trauma and extremities markets. We manufacture components and assemblies that save lives and improve quality of life. ·Coordinate job postings across multiple platforms and track applicant flow ·Manage social media presence and other recruiting strategies ·Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers ·Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and next steps ·Manage the new hire onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and compliance documentation ·Conduct new hire orientation sessions including benefits, safety, and quality training ·Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company ·Assist with ongoing benefits communication ·Assist with performance management processes ·Assist with safety initiatives and programs ·Assist with all special event planning ·Support other HR initiatives and provide administrative support as requested Qualifications: ·Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred ·1–2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in recruiting and onboarding in a manufacturing environment ·Strong organizational skills with attention to detail ·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite · Lowell offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and a 401k Retirement Plan with 3% employer contribution
