Consult on the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across Data Management, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide consulting and industry expertise regarding large-scale Data Management strategies. Strategically engage with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Background with AI data solutioning required. Additional background, SQL, Python, Oracle, NLP, Cloud Technologies will be needed.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with strong expertise in AI technologies and data handling to join our team. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making, support AI project implementations, and streamline data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide insights and support strategic decisions. Work alongside data scientists and AI/ML engineers to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions. Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and models aligned with business objectives. Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance standards are maintained throughout all stages of data processing. Develop and maintain documentation including business process models, data flows, and user stories. Conduct A/B testing, market analysis, and predictive modeling as needed. Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to AI/ML projects. Proficiency in data handling tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with AI concepts like NLP, predictive modeling, classification, clustering, etc. Experience with Databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres. Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of agile project management and tools like Jira. Experience working with big data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Business domain knowledge in [industry-specific, e.g., finance, healthcare, retail].
