We are seeking a
part-time civil litigation Paralegal
to join our Boston, MA office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and complex matters spanning construction, transportation, premises liability, products liability, cybersecurity and data protection, commercial and business litigation, and education law. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have at least one (1) year of litigation experience, we'd love to hear from you! This position offers a competitive hourly rate of
$20 per hour (dependent on experience) .

A Day in the Life of a Paralegal
Your day begins with organizing and reviewing case files, ensuring everything is in place for attorneys to hit the ground running. You'll draft and prepare pleadings, manage discovery requests, and coordinate subpoenas. Throughout the day, you'll work closely with attorneys to summarize depositions, analyze documents, and keep cases on track with deadlines. Your attention to detail, tech skills, and ability to juggle priorities will help drive our success.
What you need to be qualified for the Paralegal position
To thrive in this role, you should have
at least one (1) year of experience
working as a litigation paralegal, with a solid understanding of civil litigation processes. While direct experience across all our practice areas is not required, familiarity with a range of civil litigation matters is a strong plus. Success in this position depends on clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
You should feel confident navigating a fast-paced environment, staying organized and focused while managing competing deadlines. A strong command of Microsoft Office along with proficiency in PDF software. You should be comfortable performing tasks like Bates stamping, combining or separating files, and editing PDFs. Above all, we're looking for someone who is meticulous, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing high-quality, detail-oriented work.
