What You Will Get To Do: Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to understand client needs for the Order Management System during project initiation.

Implement, configure, and test the front-office product suite focusing on core Order Management functions and integrations.

Manage multiple projects across global clients and support the pipeline of new implementations.

Assist in all aspects of Eze OMS implementation, from gathering requirements to system configuration and integration, providing backup and sharing successes.

Configure workflows based on documented Business Requirements.

Coordinate user acceptance testing and configurations using a training tracker matrix.

Lead product training sessions for various user personas, including Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Operations.

Coordinate with internal specialists, clients, and third parties; support Project Managers with status updates.

Support client go-live events onsite and remotely; troubleshoot issues during post go-live support.

Document client configurations and customizations for support reference.

Identify and improve internal processes through stakeholder engagement.

Enhance industry knowledge through exposure to diverse client profiles.
