We are looking for a Hot Oil driver within a 50-mile radius of West Fargo, ND to deliver Hot oil based products in bulk, transport them via Semi-Truck and Trailer, and unload products at various customer locations. The position has a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday and every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
Loading products at refineries, and bulk storage facilities. Unloading products at numerous customer locations such asphalt plants and roadside jobs. Ability to pump on and off products using a Power Take Off. Dropping, hooking and connecting trailers to semi-truck. This includes manually raising and lowering dolly legs on the trailer with up to 50 pounds of torque resistance. Hooking up hoses and fittings to load and unload these products safely and securely. Reaching, pulling and pushing hoses weighing up to 50 lbs. Climbing up ladder on trailer to check tank and levels and make sure the load is secured. The maximum weight the ladder can accommodate is 450 pounds with a 200 pound at the top of the trailer. Climbing in and out of Semi-Truck using 3 points of contact. Loading appropriate quantities, and correct suppliers on all loads per dispatch instructions. General conversations in English with dispatchers, customers, and loaders to accommodate their needs. Valid Class A - CDL driver's license with tanker and hazmat endorsement. Approved medical card via DOT certified doctor, PA, Chiropractor DOT 49 CFR 171-180 formerly HM-126 training Benefits No Slip-seating; assigned equipment Late model Peterbilt's with 13 speeds Annual Average Salary: 75k - 95k Mileage based pay. Compensation 75,000 to 95,000 per year
