Job Summary:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to assist with Windows 11 migration, software installation, basic network troubleshooting, IP phone issues, and hardware break-fix tasks. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and ensure seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Windows 11 migration and software installations. Troubleshoot network and IP phone issues. Handle hardware break-fix and system maintenance. Provide end-user support and document resolutions. Required Skills:
Experience in desktop support/helpdesk roles. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, networking, and VoIP troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with hardware repair. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
