Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary system administrator for one or more Veeva Vault applications (e.g., QualityDocs, RIM, eTMF, PromoMats, MedComms). Configure Vault objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, security, roles, and permissions. Manage user accounts, groups, profiles, access rights, and licensing. Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and system health monitoring. Assist with Vault releases by evaluating new features, regression testing, and coordinating deployments. Gather and document business requirements for enhancements, new functionalities, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial, IT) to deliver system solutions. Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and user guides. Train and support end-users, providing system troubleshooting and issue resolution. Ensure Vault solutions comply with regulatory standards such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other applicable compliance frameworks. Participate in audits and inspections, providing system-related documentation and support. Manage integrations between Vault and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, LMS). Continuously evaluate processes and suggest improvements to optimize system performance and usability.
