Manager, B2B Marketing Mastercard has rapidly become a leading technology company offering services that power the world of payments and beyond. As part of Mastercard’s Integrated Marketing and Communication organization, this team is accountable for end-to-end B2B & product marketing. This includes leveraging customer, market, and business insights to help identify, test, and refine product concepts, positioning, and differentiation; developing sales enablement and B2B2C tools; and executing and scaling global marketing plans.
The Global Marketing Manager works to create marketing solutions for customers, leverage Mastercard’s assets and marketing platforms, and deliver a consistent and differentiated experience for consumers and stakeholders.
Lead full B2B Marketing for network & digital payments solutions, from value proposition development through campaign execution.
Define clear value propositions, positioning, naming, and compelling proof points for new and evolving solutions.
Develop narratives, content plans, and assets, ensuring teams have robust sales enablement materials.
Partner closely with Product teams and across Marketing & Communications to deliver initiatives globally.
Continuously learn and enhance approaches, including developing messaging and scaling across regions.
Manage marketing budget.
About you
Experience working with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver plans.
Advanced marketing experience in B2B and product marketing, preferably in payments or technology.
Ability to translate complex product/technical information into clear customer narratives.
Strong collaboration skills in cross-matrixed organizations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and creative resources.
Strategic mindset with quick decision-making skills.
Self-motivated with discipline for managing complex projects.
Curiosity, agility, and rapid learning about new technologies and competitors.
