Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facility systems, including plumbing, and electrical. Maintain cleanliness(stocking bathrooms, taking trash out, sweeping, Mopping) and organization of all maintenance areas and tools. Respond promptly to maintenance requests (Changing light bulbs, changing propane tanks) Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and meetings within the facility. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in facility maintenance is a plus. Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing. You should be proficient in: Industrial Cleaning Equipment Operation Salary info: $18 - $20 / hr
