With a perspective on the external technical talent landscape and deep insights into Google’s business priorities, you will be part of a team developing search strategies and leading engagements to hire Vice Presidents for Google's technical portfolios. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Provide guidance to clients as they define the senior technical talent and organization leaders needed to drive Google’s strategy. Act as a domain talent expert, providing valuable assessments and insights based on the knowledge of the talent pool. Engage our research team, network relationships, and other search resources to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit executive-level applicants. Guide businesses throughout the search process, providing consistent communication and excellent client service. Develop an understanding of each applicant's leadership style, personal background, professional history, and specific fit to the role.
