Job Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Reporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Analyze variances and recommend improvements. Generate regular financial reports including profit analysis, cost analysis, and cash flow reports.
Financial Statements Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal financial procedures.
2. Internal Control & Risk Management Design and optimize financial processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks such as fraud or misuse of funds. Assess internal control systems and implement improvements where necessary. 3. Compliance & Audit Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, tax requirements, and audit regulations. Coordinate internal and external audits, and oversee implementation of corrective actions. 4. Accounting Management Accounting Operations Oversee daily accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and fixed assets. Review accounting entries and resolve complex accounting issues.
Tax Administration Manage tax reporting, planning, and compliance. Handle tax audits and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities.
5. Strategic Support & Business Collaboration Decision Support Support strategic planning and conduct feasibility studies for investments or cost optimization. Assist in developing profit models and pricing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with operations, sales, purchasing, and other departments to align financial strategy with business objectives.
6. Team Management & System Optimization Lead and develop the finance team across accounting, analysis, and taxation functions. Set performance standards and enhance team efficiency. Oversee ERP and financial system upgrades (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to improve automation and reporting. 7. External Relationships Maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, regulators, and other external stakeholders. Provide accurate and timely financial documentation as required. Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting. Certifications (Preferred):
CPA, CMA, ACCA. Experience:
Minimum 5 years in financial management; industry experience preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and data analysis tools. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
