Posting Date 08/11/20252000 16th Street,Denver,Colorado,80202,United States of America ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Instructional design Lead projects through the design lifecycle from needs analysis, design and development; support projects through their implementation and evaluation in partnership with other members of team Apply adult learning best practices and instructional design principles when developing learning solutions Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and subject matter experts from across the organization to ensure courses effectively balance stakeholder input and instructional design best practices and receive appropriate review Consult with and advise project requestors in selecting effective and appropriate instructional strategies Coordinate training reviews and focus groups Work from Design Documents and Style Guides to maintain consistency across courses Develop courses in Articulate Storyline and Articulate RISE Provide direction to an external content vendor in the development of courses Lead/coordinate the yearly review and updating of the course library (15+ courses) Project Management Develop and maintain project plans for courses and full curricula (Smartsheet application is used), which include related communication and implementation plans Proactively identify and mitigate risk to project timelines and quality of deliverables Lead status meetings with individual contributors from training teams, other lanes of the business, and an external content vendor Quality Assurance & Documentation Proofread course storyboards and compliance communications for consistency in style, language and instructional soundness Create, deploy, and compile training feedback logs Maintain up-to-date versions of course storyboards for inclusion in government reports Review training courses for functionality and quality using specific testing roles Other Attend additional team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed Collaborate with larger training content team to manage internal processes Know and follow DaVita teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures Support other departmental or team initiatives as needed Other duties as assigned
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS Required Project management experience (including the ability to create project plans and timelines, manage multiple programs simultaneously, and complete assignments in a timely manner) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving demands Ability to communicate via multiple channels (influence, present data) with a variety of stakeholders. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word Ability to balance priorities related to multiple overlapping projects Strong editing/proofreading skills Ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand material Experience coordinating multi-stage reviews of training transcripts, storyboards, or courses Preferred Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Professional Development Certificate in Instructional Design or related field Proficiency in Articulate RISE and Articulate Review 360 Demonstrated expertise in: Adult learning theory/Knowles theory of andragogy, Storyboarding, Alignment of learning objectives, instructional strategies, and delivery methods Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following: Needs analysis; learner analysis; Formative, summative, and/or confirmative assessments, Cognitive principles of multimedia learning Comprehensive knowledge and proven application adult learning best practices and instructional design principles in multi-modal instruction such as eLearning, instructor-based trainings and performance support resources (e.g., job aids) Experience working with health care subject matter What We’ll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
