Skills needed / Job duties:
Java
/ J2EE programming experience.
Must have hands on experience developing Web Applications for large Corp websites using STRUTS (preferably Struts 2.0) , JavaScript, JSP, Servlet, HTML/DHTML, Webservices, Ajax, XML & PL/SQL and Oracle Spring and Hibernate experience is a plus Good to have RAD and WebSphere expertise
Responsibilities:
Design, architect, develop and manage application development working with software development methodologies such as Agile development. Review business requirements and apply project management skills. Manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with the technology team and business users, report status on time and escalate issues proactively. Work with multiple project teams to schedule and coordinate deliverables. Support business and technology teams as necessary during design, development and delivery to ensure scalable and robust solutions. Provide operations support to resolve production issues proactively. Produce Run Books and other related support documentation as required. Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience Excellent knowledge on distributed application design, service-oriented architectures, object-oriented analysis and design Ability to understand complex requirements and design patterns Experience in conducting application design and code reviews
