$235,000–$420,000

A top-tier law firm is seeking

junior to senior litigation associates

to join its high-profile litigation practice in Chicago. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes commercial litigation and pre-trial matters across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation Contribute to a diverse mix of commercial litigation, including: Contract disputes Business torts (fraud, fiduciary duty, tortious interference) Non-compete and employment-related litigation M&A and shareholder/control disputes Bankruptcy-related litigation Statutory and regulatory claims Opportunity to contribute to cybersecurity and data privacy matters (a plus)

Qualifications

1–7 years of litigation experience in a large law firm or equivalent setting Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Proven ability to manage multiple aspects of litigation Experience or interest in cybersecurity/data privacy is a plus Admission to practice in Illinois or eligible for admission
