Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • 11 years of experience developing client relationships, managing creative teams, and leading marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience providing product and domain expertise and leading end-to-end responsibilities for client projects to increase product adoption.
  • Experience establishing and advancing goals and priorities, balancing the needs of Google Product Areas, the business organization, and customers.
  • Ability to be a thought leader in Googles product and creative landscape.
  • Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders with engaging objectives to address customer product needs and close agreements.
  • Ability to drive product thought leadership for Google, sharing expertise with peers and customers.

Creative Business Partners (CBPs) are key drivers for US Creative Works. In this role, you will lead and collaborate internally and externally to identify and activate high-impact creative opportunities with Googles key US video clients and their creative agencies and partners. You will identify creative opportunities, strategize solutions, and meet sector objectives to generate impact.

You will be solutions-oriented, entrepreneurial, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You will lead conversations with stakeholders at all levels, build feedback loops, and ensure programs are understood and effective while maintaining team well-being.

Googles Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders, helping top brands and agencies navigate industry shifts and drive performance by selling Googles advertising solutions across platforms like Search, YouTube, and Measurement. As a member, you will sell at the forefront of technology, influence market strategies, and deliver tangible results impacting global businesses and Googles growth.

The US base salary range for this position is $138,000-$205,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Your recruiter can share specific details during the hiring process. Note: listed compensation reflects base salary only; bonus, equity, and benefits are additional.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Partners and Vertical Video Leads to analyze business intelligence and develop strategies for your assigned vertical(s).
  • Lead a high-performing Creative Team, focusing efforts on opportunities with potential impact for clients and Google.
  • Ensure clients have effective creative assets and leverage YouTubes creative opportunities, including trends, audience insights, creators, and cultural moments.
