The salary for this position is $530,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Compensation will be prorated for part-time roles. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Mass General Brigham (MGB) Cooley Dickinson Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon with at least 4 years of post-fellowship or defined residency experience to join our dedicated and compassionate team in Florence, Massachusetts.

What Youll Do
- Our plastic surgery group is looking for someone whos ready to bring their expertise and passion to our practice.
- Our current team, consisting of a physician and three physician assistants, performs a diverse range of procedures, including:
- Gender Affirming Surgeries
- Breast Surgeries
- Reconstructive Surgeries
- Cosmetic Surgeries
- Cosmetic Injectables
- Post-Bariatric Surgery
- Pediatric Plastic Surgeries
- As our new plastic surgeon, youll have the chance to work in our state-of-the-art Kittredge Surgery Center at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, just down the street.
- Were looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience and a keen interest in gender affirming and general plastic surgery procedures.
- This role offers the exciting potential to further develop and expand a well-established practice in Western Massachusetts.
