- Night Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM
- APP Shift Times:
- 9 AM - 9 PM
- 1 PM - 1 AM
- Practice Setting: Physician-led Emergency Department
- Facility Details:
- Annual Volume: ~32,000 patient visits
- 18 ED Beds
- No Trauma Level Designation
- EMR System: Cerner
Patient Load & Flow:
- Patients Per Hour: 1.86
- Transfer/Admit Rate: To be confirmed
Provider Requirements:
- Certification: ABEM or ABFM Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician
- Licensure: Active & Unrestricted KY State License & DEA
- Required Certifications for Family Medicine Boarded Physicians: ACLS, PALS, ATLS
