What Youll Do

• Build advanced animations using state machines (XState, Zustand)
• Create responsive UIs for real-time AI workflows
• Lead frontend architecture, component systems, and performance
• Push accessibility, quality, and polish across everything you ship

What You Bring

• 6+ years building complex, high-performance frontends
• Deep TypeScript experience and mastery of animation architecture (FLIP, hardware acceleration)
• Strong command of accessibility, Core Web Vitals, and frontend testing
• Passion for shipping fast and sweating the details

Bonus

• Worked on real-time, AI, or streaming UIs

Tools Youll Use

React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion, XState, Figma, Storybook, Playwright
