The Role
Were searching for a Senior/Staff Software Engineer who thrives on solving novel problems, writing elegant code, and working directly with users. Youll work across the full product lifecycle and help shape the technical culture as this company scales.
What Youll Do
- Design and build production-grade AI applications tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate directly with CTOs, engineers, and product leads
- Operate across various industries and codebases
- Help shape internal engineering standards and startup culture
- Have 7+ years of strong coding experience and care about code quality
- Are curious about and experienced with LLMs, LangChain, or ChatGPT tinkering
- Love customer interaction and building solutions that matter
- Embrace a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
Tech Environment
- Flexible stack, often Python-heavy
- Tools may include LangChain, LangSmith, OpenPipe, Pinecone, ChromaDB
