Job Overview
- Under the supervision of the Dental Director, provide general dental care and services to patients.
- Ensure high-quality, affordable care, especially for uninsured and low-income populations.
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver excellent dental services and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner, complying with insurance standards.
- Consult with and refer patients to dental specialists or medical providers as needed.
- Supervise dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff.
- Participate in developing treatment protocols, audits, and quality assurance.
- Perform dental procedures including root canals, restorations, prosthodontics, and oral surgeries.
- Use resources efficiently and practice cost-effective dentistry.
Qualifications
- Current CPR (BLS) certification; ACLS or equivalent preferred.
- DEA license.
- Graduate of an accredited Dental School.
- California Dental License (D.D.S. or D.M.D.).
- Experience or residency in general dentistry preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.

Compensation
Range: $165,000 - $215,567 annually. Final salary depends on experience, skills, and location. We offer comprehensive benefits.
