Senior Full Stack Engineer - (San Francisco)

We're hiring a senior full stack engineer to join a profitable AI startup thats already generating $1.3M+ ARR and preparing for its Series A. Weve built an AI-driven legal tech product thats replacing 30-year legacy systems at top-tier firms and now were scaling fast.

Youll work directly with the founders and core team to lead product development, build scalable systems, and ship AI-powered features that solve real-world challenges in immigration and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Lead architectural decisions across the full stack (Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, GCP)
• Build and ship product features in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates to turn vision into product
• Mentor junior engineers and help scale team practices
• Own key parts of our infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline
• 58 years experience building full stack products in startups
• Strong backend and frontend skills with modern frameworks
• Comfortable driving technical decisions and mentoring others
• Bonus: experience in legal tech, B2B SaaS, or AI product development
• Equity: Up to 1% (highly de-risked; profitable and pre-Series A)
• Hybrid working: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
