Dermatology Physician Asst for LTC facilities in Ft. Myers, FL - tons of flexibi

Seeking Physician Assistant to join a team providing general medical dermatology care to long-term care facilities across the US. We have 4 and 5-day full-time positions available in Fort Myers, FL. These roles involve traveling to 1-3 facilities per day, typically seeing 20 patients daily.

There is a shortage of dermatologists willing to travel to these facilities. Often, skin issues are detected too late. This service enables early detection of skin-related issues in a vulnerable population.

Prior dermatology experience as a PA, working under a clinical dermatologist, is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Group offers above-market pay with a base salary plus 35% of collections.
• This is an independent practitioner role; you will be the face of the practice in these facilities and essentially run your own practice.
• Flexible schedulingstart early or late, as long as patients are seen; hours are not strictly monitored.
• Full-time employees are eligible for benefits, paid time off, and reimbursement for continuing education.
• Travel expenses are reimbursed.
