The C360 Data Cloud team is Salesforce's Customer Zero for Salesforce Data Cloud, building and perfecting our own solutions to transform enterprise operations. We empower Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success by unifying billions of daily data points into hundreds of millions of rich customer profiles and actionable insights. Our ambitious vision is to create a true 360-degree customer view, seamlessly connecting profiles, buying signals, marketing engagement, and AI-driven insights to orchestrate personalized customer journeys at every touchpoint.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Marketing & Sales GTM team, you'll lead the Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiative from the C360 Data Cloud perspective, contributing significantly to one of the company's top priorities. You'll play a pivotal role in integrating product usage and consumption data into our Data Cloud. Your work will enable the creation of powerful audience segments for email marketing nurture and other campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Unified Intelligence Platform (UIP), Data & Analytics, and Email Platform. Throughout, you'll ensure compliance with Product Legal, Data Governance, and Privacy/Consent standards. Your efforts will drive seamless data integration, activation, and broad organizational adoption.

Strategic & Technical Problem Solver: You're adept at deconstructing sophisticated problems, applying your technical depth and a data-driven approach to finding solutions. You can demonstrate both quantitative and qualitative data to inform your roadmap, with an interest in identifying both quick wins and big bets. You'll partner effectively with engineering, product marketing, product leadership, and our incredible PM team to define and scale pilot launches.
Compelling Communicator: You build impactful product demos and can effectively present C360 Data Cloud use cases and our Salesforce on Salesforce narrative to executive audiences and customers.
Customer-Centric Leader: You have deep experience in customer-facing/product roles, possess emotional intelligence for customers, and can confidently tackle, run, and implement difficult, ambiguous projects.

Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product roadmap for the team by identifying and scaling use cases across various Marketing groups.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new use cases and areas to expand Data Cloud utilization, prioritizing and coordinating launch plans.
Own the requirements gathering process: create product specifications that clearly define problems, opportunities, goals, metrics, use cases, and product requirements to guide design and engineering teams in development and success measurement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, measure, and report on the success of delivered use cases and launches.
Manage team dependencies, both internal and external to the C360 Data Cloud teams.
Communicate progress effectively to stakeholders, functional owners, and internal team members.
Coordinate release announcements and communications (e.g., Slack, documentation).
Serve as a liaison for C360 Data Cloud on strategic projects and ad hoc requests.
Coordinate cross-functionally and with other teams as needed to drive engagement.
Act as the voice of the customer, working with the Data Cloud Product Management team to provide feedback and be an early adopter of newly released features and enhancements.
Represent Salesforce on Salesforce for Data Cloud to internal users and customers, collaborating closely with Product Marketing Managers and Sales to enable and educate them on our internal use cases and product promotion.
Partner with Data Automation Product Leadership to ensure our growth strategy, roadmap, and deliveries meet the needs of our stakeholders and the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and executive management, to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
A related technical degree required.
10+ years of professional experience, preferably in a Product Management role working with Marketing or MarTech groups, managing data products from inception through launch and iteration.
Solid understanding of database fundamentals and data flows, including how data is stored, structured, and accessed. Comfortable working with engineering teams to discuss high-level concepts like tables, queries, APIs, and data mapping.
Familiarity with marketing and sales data such as license utilization, consumptions, contracts, orders, accounts, opportunities, and campaigns.
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies, demonstrating the ability to take immediate ownership and leadership, even when joining mid-project.
Ability to quickly grasp complex systems and technical concepts, including engaging in high-level architecture discussions to explain to Data engineers and other business partners.
Solid understanding of Salesforce products; Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud are highly preferred, and previous experience working with Sales Cloud is a must.
Strategic problem solver who leverages both quantitative and qualitative data to inform the roadmap, with a curiosity for identifying both quick wins and significant bets.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining high efficiency within a distributed, remote, and global organization.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
Experience working with remote/global teams and governance structures.
Consistent track record of delivering successful products, concurrently and at scale.
Demonstrated ability leading scrum teams and writing detailed product/technical requirement documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with data modeling techniques, including relational and entity-relationship (ER) modeling, and their application in building scalable and performant data solutions.
