Responsibilities

VMFH is fulfilling our vision of transforming healthcare by expanding our team. We have an opportunity for a .80 FTE Cardiologist located at our Edmonds (60%) and downtown Seattle (40%) locations.

  • Center for Cardiovascular Health: Our heart specialists are recognized nationally in the treatment of cardiovascular care. We provide comprehensive cardiovascular care with a team of cardiologists, surgeons, advanced practice providers, nurses, nutritionists, dieticians, pharmacists, therapists, among other specialists.
  • Teaching opportunities: Virginia Mason is a teaching environment with regular opportunities to precept medical students and residents. It is also conducive for providers new to practice.
  • Learning opportunities: The team fosters a teaching culture, ideal for providers recently out of residency.

Qualifications

  • BC/BE by American Board in Cardiology.
  • Ability to obtain a medical professional license in Washington State.
  • Ability to obtain a DEA license with full prescriptive authority for practice needs.

Pay Range

$208.00 - $264.00 per hour
