As the areas premier provider of psychiatric services, Hackensack Meridian Behavioral Health Services has provided comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services to the residents of Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, and Bergen Counties for over forty years. We are seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the Consult Liaison Service at JFK University Medical Center in Edison, New Jersey. Candidates with clinical expertise, effective communication, academic prowess, and a dedication to exceptional patient care are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The ideal candidate will be willing to see both children and adults in a consultative setting.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
  • BC/BE in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
  • New Jersey Medical License, CDS, DEA

Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
