Amazon Music is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Tech to lead the identity and household management strategy. This role involves developing solutions that enhance user experiences and address identity challenges for Amazon's music streaming service, while collaborating with various teams to implement innovative identity solutions.

Responsibilities:

Launching and improving highly visible identity and household management products within the Amazon Music experience.

Making it easier for users to manage their accounts, share music with family members, and access age-appropriate content.

Thinking Big to build innovative identity experiences that are both secure and user-friendly, while meeting the diverse needs of individual listeners and family groups.

Combining business and product management acumen, analytical skills, and technical abilities, with skills in listening, learning, communicating and driving consensus on identity framework changes across a diverse group of stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required:

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

5+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred:

Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools

Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making

Experience handling complex consumer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate has worked in identity management systems.
