Job Responsibilities Ensure proper installation, service, and commissioning of GE automation systems at site locations. Perform troubleshooting and diagnose problems during site visits or at sea. Develop documentation such as commissioning and maintenance procedures. Manage on-site projects, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide training, develop presentations, and advise customers on upgrades and services. Coordinate maintenance, support engineering teams, and assist in bidding for modernization projects. Offer on-call support, complete service reports, and perform work on vessels in compliance with safety guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience with automation in a marine environment. Minimum 5 years of field service or commissioning experience with automation systems. Additional Requirements US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance. Willingness to travel up to 85%, physically fit, and able to pass offshore survival training. Desired Traits Leadership qualities, customer-facing experience, and strong technical skills. The position offers a salary range of $78,000 to $120,000, with benefits including healthcare, retirement, and other perks. The application deadline is August 31, 2025.
