Motion Recruitment A global provider of automotive financial services, this company offers a range of solutions including vehicle financing, leasing, and insurance products. It primarily supports customers and dealerships affiliated with a major automobile manufacturer, helping individuals finance new and used vehicles while also providing commercial lending to dealerships. Operating in North America and several international markets, it plays a key role in enabling vehicle sales and fostering customer loyalty through flexible financial programs and digital tools.
They are currently hiring a Senior Software Developer to join their innovation-focused team in Irving, Texas.
Required Skills And Experience
4–6+ years of Full Stack development experience using C# and .NET technologies 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and release management Strong understanding and experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) experience is preferred (e.g., Azure AD B2C, Auth0, Okta) 2–3 years of experience in the consumer banking or auto finance industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
Nice To Have
Experience with Angular or React is a plus for modern frontend development. Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes adds value for working with microservices. Familiarity with Azure services like API Management and Key Vault is beneficial. Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or Bicep is helpful. Exposure to NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB or MongoDB is a plus.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and maintain full stack applications using C#/.NET and modern front-end frameworks Build and integrate APIs and cloud-native solutions using Azure Manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps Implement secure authentication (OAuth) and CIAM features Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews Troubleshoot issues and contribute to improving system performance and security
Office Location
Irving, TX Hybrid (2 days onsite)
The Offer
W2 6 months Contract-To-Hire $65-70/hr
