Provide Systems leadership through various phases of product life cycle using broad technical expertise, leadership, and product development knowledge. Translate voice of customer and stakeholder needs into system and product requirements, identify hazards, and develop design specifications for hardware and software products. Support product verification, validation, and sustaining activities. Serve on project teams, lead technical excellence, and promote continuous improvement within Systems Engineering. Identify tasks/resources to meet project milestones and ensure systems integration activities are completed. Responsibilities for Success
Implement Azure DevOps and Modern Requirements for the division. Create training materials and train associates on these tools. Lead system feasibility and risk assessments. Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing to resolve in-market and development issues. Coordinate system-level product development and integration. Examine system behavior issues and resolve on-market product problems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Apply DFSS best practices on all projects. Qualifications
Expertise in Azure DevOps and Modern Requirements is essential. Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering; postgraduate degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of related experience. Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong background in Systems Engineering, medical device development, or similar fields. Experience with requirements management, system integration, testing, and architectural planning. Knowledge of DFSS, statistical testing, and Critical Parameter Management. Excellent communication and writing skills; attention to detail. Experience working in an agile environment is a plus. Additional Details
