Collaborate with Co-Executive Director to support strategic direction and oversight of fundraising plan. Lead story collection efforts from the Nepali speaking community in preparing grant proposals, newsletters and impact reports for funders. Cultivate and retain corporate and individual donors and conduct donor research. Manage and update fundraising tracking systems to ensure timely management of proposals, reports, and funding prospects. Lead research projects, streamline
day-to-day operations and tracking of programs relating to workers rights, immigrant rights and access to healthcare. Manage individual donor portal, including donation acknowledgment and organizing online and offline fundraisers and events. Review and finalize quarterly program reports from senior program staff and Communications team. Collaborate with
Co-Executive Director and development consultant to design and execute public facing reporting materials, including graphics and information, to update the community, partners, and funders. Coordinate with finance and program managers, accountant and auditor to craft and oversee government contracts, budgets and ensure timely implementation and compliance with contract deliverables and budgets. Oversee all aspects of government contracts, build relationships with elected officials and government agencies. Use Excel, Powerbase, Funder portals, PASSport to perform duties.
Requirements: MBA plus 2 years of experience in position involving similar duties in nonprofit involving workers rights, immigrant rights, access to healthcare, and story collection from the Nepali speaking community.
