Job Details
We are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to handle complex, high-stakes employment matters, including class action litigation and organization-wide employment issues. This role provides exposure to both litigation and strategic advisory work for clients across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:
* Represent clients in complex employment litigation, including class actions, multi-party disputes, and arbitration * Advise on company-wide employment policies, compliance programs, and organizational matters * Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and company policies * Lead or support union negotiations and labor relations matters * Provide guidance and training on employment law compliance
Qualifications:
JD and admitted to practice in New York
3+ years of Labor & Employment experience, with litigation and counseling exposure
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple matters and provide client-focused solutions
